About Christine Dennstedt

Dr. Christine Dennstedt is a Registered Clinical Counsellor with over 20 years of experience working as an individual and family therapist. Christine began her counselling career in Vancouver while working with families struggling with the impacts of substance misuse.  She has worked in a variety of settings including non-profit work, outpatient and residential counselling.She is dedicated to helping people overcome their struggles and achieve their goals. Dr. Dennstedt provides counselling to individuals, couples, and families, and specializes in several areas, including depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, life transitions, and more. She uses evidence-based approaches to therapy, tailoring her treatment to meet the unique needs of each client. Dr. Dennstedt is also an experienced instructor and presenter, having taught and worked in a variety of settings. She is passionate about helping people improve their mental health and wellbeing.
